Stop living the life you've been given, and live the life you want.

  Enroll in Course

It was a long time ago, but I’ll never forget having dinner with my 2 best girlfriends complaining about how my life was completely out of control. I had a job I hated with an abusive boss, depressed children, chronic body pain, eating poorly and one more cup of caffeine just wasn’t doing the trick anymore.

It was the straw that broke this formerly exhausted and emotionally drained mama’s back.

I know this example sounds dramatic. Maybe you’ve got a really great job, friends, and a 6-pack. If that’s the case, I’m glad!

Here’s the thing: no matter how great your boss, friends, family, etcetera are...there’s one common denominator- you.

Emotional Intelligence helps you take control of your thoughts and feelings to advance your goals to get what you want - anything you want!

But making the leap from feeling stuck to thriving can feel…hard.

That’s why I created a course to help you called Thriving Your Life With Emotional Intelligence.

If I’d started practicing Emotional Intelligence the moment I realized the answers and the solutions I needed were all on the inside, I’d have built a life that thrives a lot sooner!

Thriving Your Life with Emotional Intelligence is about having a PLAN, attracting the right people in your life, and gaining confidence.

In this course, I share the short cuts I wish I’d had back then as well as…

  • Why and how you should set clear emotional boundaries with conviction and intention
  • How to deepen your personal relationships with partners, family and friends
  • Tips to clearly articulate what you think, feel and want to other people
  • What to prioritize if you eventually want to show up with more confidence at work and at home

This is the perfect place to get started if taking the time to discover your true purpose & worth is a constant on your to-do list.

What is EQ?

Emotional intelligence (EQ) is the ability to facilitate one’s thinking and emotions for the benefit and the advancement of self and others. When we fully develop our emotional capabilities, women in particular, have the ability to build effective relationships at work while achieving higher level results, leading themselves more effectively through corporate structures.

Why is EQ important?

The business case for developing emotional intelligence has been proven in numerous studies. High emotional intelligence in the workplace has been correlated with:

  • Effective Leadership Practices
  • Stronger Collaboration Skills
  • Personal Motivation and Initiative
  • Sale Performance
  • Lower Absenteeism
  • Lower Turnover/Higher Retention
  • Increased Employee Engagement
  • Project Completion Rates
  • Career Progression and Advancement
  • High Performing Teams
  • Lower Safety Incidents and
  • Increased Employee Well-Being

For women, these skills are critical to advance and thrive in organizations not typically supported by high emotional literacy.
