Wiring Your Brain With Emotional Intelligence
A self discovery in your natural brain circuitry
Your brain is the most amazing organ. Who would have thought that the human brain, which only accounts for two percent of your body weight, and yet uses twenty percent of your body’s energy, could be so complex and mysterious?
In this course, you will assess and discover how your natural brain wiring impacts your emotions, your relationships, and even your financial situation!! This self awareness process of how your own brain ticks, will help you understand triggers in your relationship with other people - and understand why conflict can show up in your life with other people (and people with different wiring!!)
The EQ Assessment Instrument, is based on the groundbreaking research by Dr. Ned Nerrmann who pioneered brain dominance technology in the 1990's. His theory, and later neuroscientists would expand on his view, states that humans use dominant quadrants of the brain when thinking, feeling or interacting. Having a deeper understanding of how your brain works, and what your habitual neuro-patterns are, can help you maintain your emotional center when under stress or in conflict with others. Let's dive in!!!
